The headquarters of KfW IPEX-Bank are located in the European financial centre of Frankfurt am Main, in close proximity to the European Central Bank and other German and international banks.

KfW IPEX-Bank resides in one of the most environmental friendly office buildings in the world: the "West Arcade" on the grounds of our parent company KfW. Designed by the renowned German architectural firm Sauerbruch & Hutton, the West Arcade building at our Frankfurt headquarters has a primary energy consumption of 98 kWh per square metre, considerably below market standards and guidelines.

Situated next to the Palmengarten, the building offers adequate space for our 611 employees, whose offices fulfil the high demands for functionality, energy efficiency and aesthetics. The move into the West Arcade in the summer of 2010 brought all the Frankfurt staff together in one central location.
