      The first step leads to our job openings page. Interested individuals from any career level can view our current job offers and have the option to apply directly online. If we see relevant points of connection in both directions in the application documents, we invite the candidates to a personal interview.

      Meet

      In an interview, experienced professionals get to know representatives of the specialist department to which they applied and a member of our Human Resources department. If everything works for both sides, an in-depth discussion takes place in a further round with the specialist department alone.

      Students and graduates are also invited to a personal meeting with representatives of the relevant specialist division and our Human Resources department.

      If, after the interviews, our applicants are just as excited as we are about future cooperation, we get down to business and seal the match with a contract offer. Soon, it’s "Welcome to the team!”

    Application tips – for those who like to be on the safe side

    Apply online

    Applying via our online application form allows quick access to the prepared documents. We collect all personal data securely and in accordance with the current provisions of the EU GDPR and German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) – and delete it accordingly at the end of the process.

    No long story, just at least an indication of what you associate with the position helps us to classify the curriculum vitae. We look forward to the right argument as to why we are a good match!

    Curriculum Vitae

    A curriculum vitae in table form gives us valuable insights into the individual wealth of experience of applicants. This should show all previous professional positions in which important qualifications for the position or the intended area of responsibility have been collected. Ideally, the content is sorted chronologically and starts with the current position. We are also interested in language skills, personal interests, hobbies or volunteering activities.

    Attachments

    The attachments demonstrate the skills outlined in the CV. Through our online portal, applicants attach all documents relevant to the position (school and other diplomas, study and doctorate certificates, work certificates, evidence of further training, etc.).

    All participants score points in the personal discussion with openness and genuine interest in each other.
