    KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd.’s services mainly consist of consulting, origination and support services for KfW IPEX-Bank’s various industry sector departments which operate globally out of the Frankfurt headquarters.

    KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd. is a company incorporated in Singapore and is a 100% subsidiary of KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH. It operates under a merchant bank license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd. acts as a service provider to KfW IPEX-Bank in the context of its mandate to support the German and European economies, especially exporters and sponsors, in their global activities.

    KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd. originates and arranges commercial project finance and export finance loan products for KfW IPEX-Bank in Asia-Pacific region. Its clients are exclusively wholesale / business clients. As KfW IPEX-Bank’s regional hub, KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd. covers a wide geographical area (all APAC countries east of South Asia). Furthermore, KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd. supports KfW IPEX-Bank in loan syndication activities and plans to offer advisory services on KfW IPEX-Bank’s behalf, with a focus on availability and structuring of Export Credit Agency (“ECA”) cover for export finance loans.
