KfW IPEX-Bank plans to strategically expand its involvement in South America. The current focus is on Brazil and Chile, followed by Peru and Colombia. As Marc Schieting, Director and Head of KfW IPEX-Bank's representative office in São Paulo, emphasized in an interview with BNamericas, the bank is pursuing a long-term perspective in the region. The bank also sees considerable potential in South America in the megatrends of digitalisation and green hydrogen.
