Notes on KfW IPEX-Bank forms on LinkedIn

By submitting your data in the form on LinkedIn, you confirm that you acknowledge the KfW IPEX-Bank data protection information provided below.

1. The data displayed (collectively “Your Personal Data”) are transferred to KfW IPEX-Bank within the LinkedIn system.

KfW IPEX-Bank processes Your Personal Data on the LinkedIn system and also stores them in a confidential manner on its own IT systems.

2. Your Personal Data are processed by KfW IPEX-Bank on the LinkedIn system and on its own IT systems for the purposes of confidential business contact and communications.

3. You are entitled at any time to revoke the consent issued to KfW IPEX-Bank upon transmission of your data for the aforementioned purposes. In this case, KfW IPEX-Bank will, with future effect, stop data processing without delay and delete from its IT systems any of your stored data that KfW IPEX-Bank has received due to the use of the LinkedIn system.

4. As soon as data storage is no longer necessary for the purposes described above, there are no statutory retention periods and in individual cases there are no predominant justified interests for further storage, your data will be deleted 5 years after the last time of contact.

5. Please note that KfW IPEX-Bank, as a user of the LinkedIn system, does not control the processing measures used by the provider LinkedIn. Furthermore, KfW IPEX-Bank does not collaborate with LinkedIn to define the means and purposes for processing your data on the LinkedIn system (no joint processing).
