KfW IPEX-Bank wins Export Finance Industry Award once again

London-based specialist information service Trade & Export Finance (TXF) ranks KfW IPEX-Bank among the top three export finance companies in the world according to the TXF Export Finance Industry Report 2020. This makes KfW IPEX-Bank the only institute on the panel to be placed in the top three export finance banks for the fourth time.

The results of the TXF Export Finance Industry Report 2020 are based on a survey of over 300 export industry stakeholders regarding the performance of banks offering export finance. The study aims to qualitatively assess individual aspects, including, for example, flexibility and innovation, experience in export finance and customer service.

KfW IPEX-Bank had convinced customers of its performance in all nine evaluation categories and its results were well above average in the “Understanding customers’ business” and “Sector expertise” categories in particular. The overall result underscores the bank’s high standards when it comes to excellent levels of customer satisfaction.
