Aida Welker joins the Management Board of KfW IPEX-Bank

• Start as member of the Management Board on 1 May 2025
• Andreas Ufer retires after many years on the Management Board

Aida Welker will join the Management Board of KfW IPEX-Bank on 1 May 2025. She will take over from Andreas Ufer and will be responsible for Mobility, Infrastructure, Syndication & Treasury, Credit Operations and KfW IPEX-Bank Asia Ltd.

Aida Welker has been with KfW Group for almost 25 years. She has many years of management experience in the fields of acquisition and structuring, credit risk management and corporate strategy. Most recently she held the position of Global Head of Infrastructure at KfW IPEX-Bank.
