Our trainee programmes offer you the opportunity to learn more about your targeted field of work from a variety of perspectives. Whatever of the five areas you choose, during the first 12-16 months of your trainee programme you will work in a variety of functions to hone the skills needed in the field of work you are aiming for.
First of all, find out which fields we are currently offering trainee programmes in using our job exchange (in German language only). Read the individual descriptions to see which major fields of study and interests are beneficial in the departments.

We want you to write your very own personal success story together with KfW IPEX-Bank, which is why we take the time to get to know you personally and invite you to one or two interviews of around 90-minute. Make sure you stand out in your preferred department by highlighting any initial practical experience you have acquired that is relevant to the trainee programme and any extra-curricular commitments.
If all parties are convinced that we are a good match, we will offer you an employment contract for a trainee programme. We look forward to having you start with us!
