As a trainee, you are involved from the very beginning. During the 12- to 16-month programmes with different areas of focus, you acquire key qualifications needed in the position you are aiming for and build up your professional network within a variety of placements. Tutors assist you in the specialist departments, while mentoring at department management level gives you overarching navigation. Our HR advisors are on hand to help too.
You receive detailed feedback after completing each placement, so you know exactly where you stand. You also have the opportunity during your trainee programme to attend KfW IPEX-Bank’s specialist seminars. Everyone involved has your goal fixed firmly in their sights – every step of the way.
You have completed or will soon complete your studies with an excellent result. Ideally, you have initial practical experience in the banking sector or another bank-related branch of industry.
Your profile is rounded off by experience abroad and business-fluent knowledge of German and English. You also enjoy working independently and have fun coming up with solutions in a team.
