Internal and external training: | In addition to diverse specialist seminars offered through the bank’s own learning portal KfW PEX-Bank Academy, there are sessions on various topics, from agile working techniques to gender balance, from leadership to Excel programming, from communication to personal development. |
Internal transfers: | We provide our employees with support when transferring internally. |
Gender balance: | We support women in management positions through group coaching or mentoring, for instance, and work with a quota for filling management positions with female employees. The target figures as of 30 June 2027 are 50.0% for the Management Board level, 40.0% for the department head level, 40.5% for the team head level and 44.4% for the Board of Supervisory Directors. |
Boost for managers: | We give managers a boost in their work and development. The tools here include potential assessment programmes and systematic advice and development. |
Promotion of young talent: | We employ trainees every year.Their number depends on the vacancies to be filled in the target positions. |
Help with social commitment: | We support our employees when they take on social or community roles within associations or aid organisations by creating time, honouring projects and through KfW sometimes awarding cash prizes. |
